Strategic Communications and Change Management

During this multi-year project, we created a communications and change management strategy that guided our communications with various stakeholder groups. Our talented project manager often worked from the Saginaw County office providing hands-on support and issues management strategies. Additional tactics included internal emails, townhalls and focus group sessions to name a few.

Branding Support

The project logo, which complemented the Saginaw County logo, was used on all communications related to mainframe modernization, differentiating them from other county communications and adding an element of fun to the project.
