Strategic Communications and Change Management

During this multi-year project, Trapani Communications began by creating a comprehensive communications and change management strategy to guide our efforts. The strategy involved everything from producing large-scale, all-staff town halls to coaching leaders on effective strategies.

Problem-solving was a daily activity, as we worked with multiple program track leaders to help manage their respective changes. At times, our project manager worked at the Saginaw County offices, providing hands-on support and issues management strategies.

Project Activities

This project logo, which complemented Saginaw County branding, brought the project to life for staff members and differentiated it from other county communications, adding an element of fun to the effort. Other activities included a monthly newsletter for each program track, a county-wide newsletter, weekly track meetings, a dedicated website, emails, and focus group sessions, to name a few.
