Fred & Barbara Erb Family Foundation

For several years, Trapani Communications served as an extension of the Foundation’s staff, executing communications and marketing activities. Based in Birmingham, Michigan, the Foundation strives to uplift the work of its grantees in its communications. Over the years, we’ve worked on a range of projects: social media strategy and regular social posts, annual reports, event coordination, speeches, newspaper advertisements, award applications, grant announcements, videography, email campaigns and other various special projects.

Annual Reports
The priority for the annual report is to highlight the important work of the Erb Foundation's grant partners. Each report includes engaging stories to craft a picture of the impact of their giving. From the planning stages to the final print proof, Trapani Communications ensures you have a beautiful product.
Social Media Management
Creating an effective social media strategy for X, LinkedIn and Facebook was the first step in boosting engagement and increasing awareness of the Foundation's program areas. To execute an effective strategy, we created a process to research ideas, write the posts, and create eye-catching graphics. We conducted research and worked with Foundation program officers and occasionally grantees themselves to gather information and photos. We also provided the Foundation with monthly, quarterly and annual analytics reports that highlighted trends and areas to explore.
